Darla joined Baird in 2026, continuing her long-standing vision of building a principles-based practice centered on understanding the complexities of family life. She partners closely with families to align their financial resources with their values, delivering thoughtful, personalized guidance.
Her practice extends beyond traditional investment management to include comprehensive wealth planning, retirement planning, and college planning, tailored to each family’s unique needs. Darla also helps clients navigate areas such as sustainability and charitable giving, collaborating with estate planning, tax, and philanthropic professionals to deliver well-rounded solutions. She holds the Accredited Wealth Management Advisor designation.
Darla lives in St. Paul, Minnesota, with her spouse, Sam Grosby, and their two children, Noa and Judah. She is an active community leader and serves as Chair of the Roosevelt Institute Board.
